About the Job

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals. Working closely with both business and IT teams, this role ensures that enterprise solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with strategic vision, effective communication, and solid stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise technology architecture to support long-term business and digital transformation strategies.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and architecture standards.
• Ensure architectural compliance, scalability, security, and performance across all systems and solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance business value.
• Guide solution and development teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Provide strategic input into technology investment decisions and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design next-generation digital banking and private banking platforms.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 15 years of experience in software development.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, development, and leadership roles.
• Experience in microservices architecture and reactive programming, with a strong focus on building scalable and resilient systems.
• Proven experience in digital banking, private banking, or financial platform transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration patterns, and modern architecture frameworks.
• Experience with core banking modernization, open banking (API) architectures, or payment systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong presentation, communication and documentation skills.
