Job Description
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a new person for the position of Enterprise Architect, who will design and maintain IT system architecture and seek out and implement new technologies.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Developing a strategy for business system architecture.
- Designing and maintaining IT system architecture in line with best practices and the adopted strategy.
- Exploring new technologies and recommending target solutions and architecture models.
- Co-creating a development plan to implement the architectural project.
- Promoting knowledge of business system architecture.
- Close collaboration with teams, especially during the planning and implementation stages of IT projects.
- Maintaining the architecture repository.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, system administration, or IT implementations, including at least 3 years in an architecture role.
- Participation in at least one initiative related to IT/business strategy formulation and in at least one transformation project.
- Experience in at least one of the following industries: gaming, media, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, banking, or IT.
- Ability to define and implement architecture strategy.
- Knowledge of UML 2.0 and BPMN notation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to clearly present and defend architectural concepts to a broader audience, including non-IT stakeholders.
- Understanding of architecture concepts in data warehousing and systems such as ERP, BPMS, ETL/ELT, HRM, BI, workflow, low-code/no-code.
- Knowledge of programming languages: JAVA, Python; nice to have: JavaScript and PHP.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially Power Apps and Power Automate), Power Platform, Google Workspace (including AppSheet and Workflows), Atlassian Stack (Nice to have).
- University degree in computer science or technical field.
- Advanced Polish and English, both spoken and written.

Working Mode
Office-First — Working primarily from the Warsaw, Wrocław, or Kraków Dev Offices for a minimum of 10 days per month.

Estimated pay range for this position: 20 900 – 28 710 PLN gross monthly. This role may be eligible for a long term incentive program (option to purchase CDPR stock after the vesting period).
