What you’ll do
- Master our story: MTFs, platform development, ongoing maintenance, and how Catalyst makes speed without compromise possible
- Identify and research prospects within our target industries; build focused account lists with the right stakeholders
- Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book qualified meetings
- Collaborate with the revenue team to refine outreach strategies and increase meeting volume
- Drive deals forward to close (operations handles pricing and scoping; you maintain momentum and manage follow-ups)
- Keep the CRM pristine: log activities, notes, and next steps; share weekly pipeline updates
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in outbound business development, preferably in services or tech
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to research markets and identify ideal customer profiles
- Disciplined and detail-oriented with excellent CRM hygiene
- Persistent, organised, and comfortable with hitting weekly activity and meeting targets
Bonus points
- Experience selling services into specific verticals
- Familiarity with proposals, statements of work, or similar documents
