About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to gain exposure across a wide range of projects while working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our headquarters at One World Trade Center, with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and key documentation.
- Support creative and marketing workflows, including briefs, reviews, approvals, and audits.
- Assist with copywriting and ideation for marketing materials and email campaigns.
- Help manage and maintain social media accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time.
- Stay on top of industry trends to inform social media and event strategies.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Leadership Team.
Who You Are
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- You’re a strong communicator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and naturally curious.
- You’re interested in building a career in project management, marketing, social media, creative production, or communications.
- You’re excited about exploring how AI can enhance creativity and efficiency.

Compensation: Includes base salary, equity options, and benefits. Final package commensurate with experience.
NYC Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
