About the Role
We are hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations, executive coordination, content management, and digital growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational discipline with hands-on marketing execution and enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and keeping projects moving forward independently.
You will work closely with leadership to support marketing campaigns, manage content systems, coordinate executive priorities, and execute LinkedIn-focused growth initiatives using modern marketing and automation tools.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote environment where ownership and follow-through matter.
What You’ll Own
Executive Support & Operational Coordination
• Support leadership with calendar management, scheduling, inbox organization, and operational coordination
• Set up and manage recurring meetings aligned with business priorities and leadership initiatives
• Help maintain structured workflows and ensure projects move forward efficiently
• Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to support operational consistency
Content Management & Organization
• Maintain a centralized and organized content library for marketing assets and campaigns
• Help repurpose and organize content across platforms and initiatives
• Ensure consistency in messaging, formatting, and brand presentation
• Coordinate content workflows and publishing schedules
Marketing Execution & Digital Strategy
• Execute and support LinkedIn-focused marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Monitor engagement and campaign performance across digital channels
• Support lead generation initiatives and audience engagement efforts
• Apply insights and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance
Tools, Systems & Automation
• Use GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related tools to support marketing and outreach workflows
• Build surveys, applications, and forms using Typeform or Jotform
• Leverage AI tools and automation systems to improve marketing efficiency and execution
• Maintain organized records, workflows, and reporting systems
Research & Video Content Support
• Conduct market and audience research to improve positioning and messaging
• Support the development of video content and marketing assets aligned with brand goals
• Research trends, competitors, and campaign opportunities to strengthen marketing initiatives

Required Experience & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, operations, or related roles
• Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives and content workflows
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Typeform or Jotform
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Strong Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting founders, executives, or entrepreneurial businesses
• Familiarity with AI tools used for marketing, operations, or content workflows
• Background in LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, or content coordination
• Experience working within growth-focused or startup environments
