What you’ll be working on:
During your internship, you’ll be involved in a wide range of HR topics and actively support both global and local initiatives:
Learning Team, Leadership & Culture Development
- General HR Project Support
- Prepare engaging presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office
- Help create SharePoint sites, learning content and Communication material
- Support new initiatives for learning and leadership development
- Help create Learning Content and Communication material
- Organize virtual workshops and meetings
Qualifications
- A student (m/f/d) enrolled in Economic or Social Sciences (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable study fields)
- You have a strong interest in HR topics like Learning, Leadership Development and Culture Development
- You work independently, are organized and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus
- Fluent in English language skills (written and spoken)
- Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks
- Organized, independent, and proactive in your way of working efficient in problem-solving, decision-making (managing multiple topics in parallel)
