YOUR ROLE: JUNIOR GROWTH EXECUTIVE.
We’re looking for a driven, fast-moving Junior Growth Executive to join our team and make an immediate impact. This isn’t your typical entry-level marketing role—you’ll be hands-on supporting marketing campaign delivery across multiple channels and markets, including performance marketing, influencers, and affiliate marketing.

What You’ll Do
Campaign execution and delivery:
- Execute marketing activities based on strategies defined by senior growth marketers.
- Support the rollout of campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Channel and Content support:
Assist in the execution and optimisation of key channels, including:
- Paid advertising
- Influencer collaborations
- Affiliate marketing
- On-site content and landing pages
Manage content requests and support localisation of assets with internal teams.
Market Research & Campaign Support
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Support campaign planning with insights and data.
- Contribute ideas during planning sessions, growth sprints, and brainstorms.
- Assist in developing briefs and coordinating with partners and influencers.
Collaboration & Operations:
- Work closely with design, content, product, and external partners to execute campaigns.
- Help keep projects organised and moving forward across multiple stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of marketing, growth experience (internships count).
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, affiliates, and paid ads.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with flexibility and focus.
- Naturally curious, eager to grow, and motivated by results.
- Bonus points for: strong copywriting skills and creative flair.
