We develop software for clinical trial operations. Our primary offerings include an eSource solution and integrated clinical trial payment software. Our eSource solution is designed for clinical research sites. It helps sites collect data directly from patients. Its key features include configurable templates for data capture, real-time data access for remote monitoring, and reporting and query tools. The platform supports data collection for informed consent, demographics, and vital signs. Our integrated stipend solution offers clinical trial payment software for sites. It links directly to a Finances module, showing payment activity and balances. We were founded in 2015. Since then, we’ve developed key features like the first widely used site-based eSource solution (2016), eSource-Finance Integration (2018), and eSource-eDOA Integration (2018). We also added Publisher for study templates (2021), Reviewer with a dual-database solution, and Direct Data Access (2022). In 2023, we partnered with Pluto Health for Research-Care Integration, and in 2024, we launched a Partners Program. We plan to launch Central eSource™ for sponsors and CROs by 2025. We specialize in software development for clinical trial research, data management, medical research studies, eClinical solutions, and clinical trial payment software. We partner with organizations such as the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM), and Clinical Trials For All.

Our mission is to design and deliver an intuitive, integrated software platform that reimagines clinical trials, focusing on quality, speed, and patient centricity. We transform clinical trials by re-evaluating workflows from the perspective of research sites.

We were founded in 2015 by Raymond Nomizu and Phuc Truong. We employ between 11 and 50 individuals. Our team, with expertise in clinical research, develops solutions designed to address the needs of clinical sites. Our approach involves challenging existing methods and focusing on building quality at the point of data capture.
