Dane Street is expanding our physician panel! We are seeking a skilled and board-certified Neurosurgeons to join our team for Independent Medical Record Reviews. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling, allowing you to accept or decline cases based on your availability. Our physician panel is comprised of independent contract reviewers (1099) compensated on a per-case basis.

Key Responsibilities:
● Thorough review and analysis of prepared medical records
● Provide expert, advisory-only opinions regarding the claimant’s current condition and potential future medical needs
● Respond to clinical questions to support claims management
● Deliver clear, well-supported written reports within an expected turnaround time of 5 days
● No face-to-face interaction with claimants; this is a record-review–only role

Qualifications:
● Board certification in Neurosurgery required
● Prior experience with medical record reviews, IMEs, or peer reviews preferred
● Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication abilities
