We’re looking for Customer Support Specialists to joing us in our office in Porto. Interested?
What Youβll Do
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support to customers through chat and email
- Troubleshoot product questions, account issues, payments, and general inquiries
- Follow internal procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and customer protection
- Escalate cases when needed to FinCrime, Tech, or Product teams
- Work in rotating shifts, including occasional weekends, to support our European customer base
- Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and customer experience
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a continuously improving knowledge base
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future improvements
What Weβre Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and a problem solving mindset
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including some weekends and evenings)
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about fintech, payments, and crypto
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
Eligibility to work in Portugal
Based in or near Porto (hybrid work model)
Above market rate salary for junior roles
