Job Description

About Us

Inflection Club is a private co-investment community for accredited investors, operators, and family offices who want direct access to pre-IPO deals in the companies shaping the future. Built under Catalyst Capital Holdings, we provide curated access from early to late-stage opportunities that traditionally only flow to endowments, pension funds, and institutional allocators - names like Anthropic, Polymarket, Kraken, and Lovable.

Our thesis is simple: the biggest returns of the next decade will come from companies built on the cost curves of artificial intelligence, robotics, longevity, and next-generation infrastructure. We help our members invest in those companies 12 to 18 months before they go public, deal-by-deal, with full discretion.

We are not a fund. We are a club. No blind pools, no lock-ups, no marketing dressed up as deal flow. Every member chooses what they back, and we handle everything else - sourcing, diligence, SPV formation, legal, reporting, and the live community that makes the whole thing run.

What You Will Do:

The CRM Coordinator is the operational backbone of our member and prospect pipeline. You will own the integrity and performance of our CRM - ensuring every contact, deal stage, and communication touchpoint is accurate, timed, and purposeful.

This is not a data-entry role. We need someone who understands why the data matters, takes ownership of process breakdowns before anyone else notices them, and continuously improves how we track and engage our community. You will work closely with the Director of Community & Operations to ensure no relationship falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Own

1. CRM Administration & Data Integrity

  • Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot: contact records, deal stages, pipeline accuracy, custom properties, and lifecycle stages.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for all member and prospect data - clean, current, and actionable.
  • Proactively identify and resolve duplicate records, data anomalies, and process gaps before they surface as problems.

2. Workflows, Sequences & Automation

  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations that support member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Coordinate with the Partner/Origination and Managing Partner teams to ensure pipeline data reflects real-time activity.
  • Continuously improve the CRM architecture as the club scales - new pipelines, new stages, new segments.

3. Reporting & Funnel Insights

  • Track and report on key funnel metrics: applications, conversions, member tenure, engagement signals, and re-engagement triggers.
  • Surface insights to leadership in a clear, concise format - no noise, just signal.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give the team visibility into pipeline health at a glance.

4. List Segmentation & Campaign Coordination

  • Own audience segmentation and list management for outreach campaigns coordinated with the Director of Community & Operations.
  • Ensure the right message reaches the right segment at the right time - and that results are tracked cleanly.

5. Member Onboarding Flows

  • Support the operational layer of new member onboarding - ensuring the right communications go out on schedule and that member records are updated as they move through each stage.
  • Liaise with the Director of Community & Operations to keep onboarding workflows current and optimised.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM or revenue operations experience, with HubSpot as a hard requirement.
  • You have a strong grasp of sales pipeline management, lifecycle stages, and funnel reporting - not just where to find them in a dashboard, but what they mean.
  • You can build workflows and sequences without hand-holding. You know when automation helps and when it creates more problems than it solves.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail. You notice when something is off, and you fix it before being asked.
  • You are async-first and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, distributed team across time zones.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely - in writing, always.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in financial services, investment communities, high-ticket sales, or private membership organisations.
  • Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or crypto-adjacent audiences.
  • Exposure to SPV workflows, investor relations, or regulated communications.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Slack automation, or n8n.

How We Work

  • Inflection Club’s leadership operates on a Yin-Yang model borrowed from how our founders built Decentralized Masters. Every major initiative gets multiple sets of eyes before it ships. You will work closely with the Director of Community & Operations and surface issues early. You will own your domain. And you will be expected to set the quality bar - not wait for it to be set for you.

  • We move quickly. We do not tolerate sloppiness. We expect the CRM to be a tool that makes the team faster and sharper, not a system people work around.

  • Fully remote - work from anywhere.

  • Flexible, async-first culture with deep focus time built in.

  • Competitive independent contractor rate commensurate with experience.

  • Direct exposure to institutional-grade deal flow and a high-calibre investor community.

  • Ground-floor opportunity in a private co-investment club being built to scale.

Are You Ready?

This is a rare opportunity to own the operational intelligence layer of a private investment community that is growing fast and playing for the long game. If you are the kind of person who finds broken processes and fixes them before being asked - and who wants to be part of something being built to last - we want to hear from you.

Apply with your CV in English, along with a brief note on the CRM system you know best and one process improvement you have owned end-to-end. We move quickly and will be in touch with shortlisted candidates within two weeks.
