🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our US expansion by building exceptional teams across functions such as Revenue, Marketing, Customer Experience and Technical Support.

You’ll be acting as a strategic hiring partner to senior leaders across the organization.

What you’ll own:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: You own end-to-end recruitment searches and high-volume pipelines. You ensure speed, quality, and consistency across the funnel.
  • Strategic Partnering with Leadership & Market Intelligence: You bring deep knowledge of the US SaaS talent market and influence comp strategies, candidate personas, and competitive positioning
  • Talent pipeline & sourcing excellence: You build proactive pipelines for priority roles, leveraging sourcing, referrals, events/communities, inbound optimization, and agency management (when needed). You continuously test and improve channel effectiveness.
  • Process Innovation: Continuously improve recruitment operations—from interview frameworks to ATS optimization (Greenhouse) and hiring manager enablement
  • Interview process design & quality bar: You implement structured interviewing practices: scorecards, calibrated assessments, clear decision criteria, interviewer training/enablement, and efficient loops. You drive strong debrief quality and reduce bias.
  • Candidate experience & employer brand contribution: You ensure an excellent candidate journey through transparent communication, timely feedback, and respectful processes, reflecting our values. You contribute to employer brand initiatives (content, events, partnerships) aligned with hiring priorities.
  • Data-driven recruiting: You use data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source quality, offer acceptance). You maintain rigorous ATS hygiene and contribute to dashboards and hiring reports.
  • Cross-functional projects: You lead or co-lead TA initiatives such as process redesign, role leveling alignment, interview training, bar raiser philosophy, referral programs, tooling improvements.

👤 What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience with a proven track record in high-performing SaaS/tech environments
  • Hiring mastery: Deep understanding of what makes top performers successful
  • Data-driven & strategic: You use metrics, market insights, and talent analytics to inform decisions and drive results
  • Consultative and Partnership approach: Strong business acumen; you challenge hiring managers when needed and influence hiring strategy
  • High-velocity execution: You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple complex searches simultaneously
  • Negotiation & closing skills: You know how to sell the opportunity, navigate complex offer negotiations, and close candidates in competitive situations

Nice to have:

  • Experience scaling US teams for international companies
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or AI/ML talent markets
  • Track record of building employer brand or talent communities
