Our customer intelligence platform brings together customer interactions and turns them into useful insights. We collect customer feedback from many sources, including calls, tickets, surveys, interviews, and reviews.

AI analyzes this data to find themes and suggest roadmap opportunities. You can query the data to generate documents like Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and prototypes. We also automate tasks like report generation and alerting teams to risks or opportunities.

Benjamin Humphrey and Bradley Ayers founded us in 2017. Companies like Okta, Ford, Meta, Dyson, Deloitte, Shopify, AWS, Atlassian, Notion, Canva, Lovable, Breville, Itaú Unibanco, Zapier, SafetyCulture, Qantas, Mayo Clinic, Intel, Wealthsimple, Jetstar, and Achievers use our platform.

We meet security and compliance standards, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR. We’re also certified for ISO/IEC 42001:2023. Our features include data residency and retention controls, granular access controls, PII redaction, and audit logs.

A company ritual is “Make It week.” For workplace flexibility, our Sydney office works in-person four days a week. In the US, we use a hybrid model with an optional in-person workspace in San Francisco, and we hire for remote roles nationally. The entire company gathers once a year. Our offices also welcome dogs.
