DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, has an immediate opening for a results-driven Area Sales Manager – B2B (ASM). This work-from-home, field-based role is focused on training, coaching, and supporting dealer partners in B2B and door-to-door (D2D) mobility and wireless sales to business customers. The ASM travels extensively within their assigned territory to work alongside dealer partners, delivering on-site training, in-field coaching, and hands-on support to drive performance and growth.
When not in the field, the ASM is responsible for preparing for upcoming travel, collaborating with dealer partners to plan future visits, and conducting virtual coaching and training sessions to reinforce sales strategies and best practices. This role also requires timely and detailed internal reporting following dealer visits, ensuring visibility into field activity and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B D2D sales, deep knowledge of mobility and wireless solutions, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class results for dealer partners.
National travel is required 75% of the time

Responsibilities
Travel extensively to deliver in-person coaching, training, and mentorship to dealer partners’ sales teams
Work alongside dealer representatives in the field to support live sales efforts and provide real-time coaching
Conduct virtual training sessions and performance calls to reinforce sales strategies and best practices
Plan and coordinate travel by collaborating with dealer partners to schedule upcoming meetings and field visits
Prepare and submit timely, detailed internal reports on dealer visits, activity, and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and deliver optimal results for dealer partners
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B D2D sales, with a strong focus on mobility and wireless solutions
Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach sales teams in both field and virtual environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence sales performance
Experience managing a sales pipeline, including prospecting, closing, and follow-up activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote, field-based role
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Ability to travel nationally 75% of the time
High school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and achieving measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry
Background in sales training, coaching, or enablement roles
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
