About Stord

We started Stord in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2015 to help brands with their supply chain needs. We offer omnichannel fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation, all backed by our own technology. We partner with brands to manage their commerce processes, from checkout to delivery.

Our software includes an Order Management System (OMS) and a Warehouse Management System (WMS). The OMS helps manage logistics, track inventory, process orders, and automate workflows, giving you clear visibility into your supply chain. The WMS handles incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory control, and order fulfillment. We also provide tools for Consumer Experience (covering everything from pre-purchase to post-delivery) and Inventory Planning for demand forecasting.

We operate managed fulfillment centers across the United States, Canada, and Europe, with eleven key locations. This network provides 99.5% 1-2 day ground coverage. Our transportation services include Parcel & Last-Mile Optimization software, Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), Drayage, and temperature-controlled shipping. We process over 50 million consumer packages annually, maintain 99.9% fulfillment order accuracy, and handle approximately $10 billion in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for our clients.

Brands like AG1, Native, Tula, and American Giant use our services. We’re backed by investors such as Kleiner Perkins, Franklin Templeton, Founders Fund, and Salesforce Ventures.
