The Role: This is your chance to lead and inspire a dynamic team of Early Years Specialists, Practice Team Leads, and Administration Officers. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that the children and families we serve receive evidence-based, high-quality support, while fostering a positive, results-driven culture. Expect to:

  • Drive quality improvement and strategic direction, using performance data and KPIs to ensure services align with best practice, NDIA guidelines and program requirements.
  • Lead with passion—cultivating resilience, continuous improvement, and excellence within your team.
  • Shape relationships—build strong connections with stakeholders across the organization and in the community.
  • Make an impact—create positive outcomes for children with disabilities and developmental concerns.

Who You Are: You are a strategic and visionary leader with a deep understanding of early childhood intervention and the NDIS framework. Your passion for excellence drives you to deliver the best services for children and families. You excel at guiding teams towards success with your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, allied health, social sciences, management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in early childhood or related fields.
