We offer an all-in-one software platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to manage their IT and security. The Electric IT Hub simplifies IT operations, improves security, integrates with HR systems, and cuts costs.
The platform offers features like automatic security issue fixes, a single view of your security, custom security plans, and access to solutions for mobile device management, email security, data protection, and password management. It also handles automated application management, centralized device management, easier device procurement, and smooth employee on/offboarding.
We partner with technology providers for solutions like anti-virus, multi-factor authentication, network security, and security education.
We were founded in 2016. In August 2023, we launched Gigawatt, an AI-powered IT assistant, followed by a free version of the Electric IT Hub in November 2023. In December 2023, we became an Apple Authorized Reseller, improving our device procurement and provisioning services.
As of July 2022, we supported over 47,000 end-users across more than 1,000 customers, handling an average of 44,000 IT tickets monthly.
