We build and support technology that provides access to a fair and open currency. We invented Zcash, a digital currency that protects privacy, which launched in 2016.\n\nWe develop user experiences for Zcash, including the Zashi app. Zashi is a Zcash wallet for storing, sending, and receiving $ZEC (the Zcash coin). It lets users include secret messages with transactions and control their privacy.\n\nWe maintain Zcash’s core libraries and the Zallet wallet, primarily using Rust. Our work spans cryptography, engineering, and professionalism, covering regulatory engagement, responsible disclosure, and trademark protection. We operate in the Software Development industry.
