Who we are

Eleken was founded to improve the design services of SaaS companies. We focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that help businesses scale and succeed. Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.

Role overview

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist who will ensure our email infrastructure is healthy, our sender reputation is strong, and our campaigns consistently land in the inbox β€” not the spam folder.

If you enjoy digging into the technical side of email systems, solving deliverability issues, and building reliable processes, this role is perfect for you.

Requirements

What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage and resolve various email deliverability issues (spam blocks, blacklists, spam complaints, domain reputation drops, etc.).

  • Ensure uninterrupted email distribution across projects.

  • Communicate with internal teams to address their issues, questions, and requests.

  • Analyze deliverability cases and provide the most effective solutions for the business.

  • Assist with mailbox warm-ups, DNS settings optimization, and bounce log analysis.

  • Monitor the health and stability of our mailboxes.

  • Prepare regular reports on deliverability performance and recommendations for improvements.

What are the preferred requirements for the role?

  • Experience in an email provider support role or a similar position.

  • Strong understanding of email infrastructure, DNS management, IP configurations, and SMTP.

  • Ability to identify and resolve different email deliverability issues.

  • Familiarity with anti-spam technologies.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Initiative and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with different team members.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.

  • English level sufficient for communication and working with technical documentation.
