About Eleken
Eleken was founded to improve the design services of SaaS companies. We focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that help businesses scale and succeed. Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.
We’re building a custom platform for our design agency to automate and streamline collaboration between clients, designers, and sales teams. The design is done in-house, and now we’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help us ship a polished, reliable product.
Requirements
What you will do:• Test new features and track down bugs before they reach users
• Write clear, detailed bug reports and improvement suggestions
• Create and maintain test cases and checklists
• Write tasks independently — you won’t need to wait for someone to spell everything out
• Double-check requirements, flag gaps, and proactively communicate with the team
• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure a smooth, high-quality user experience
What we are looking for:• 2+ years of experience in manual QA
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to write tasks and bug reports clearly and independently
• PM-like mindset: you notice what’s missing, ask the right questions, and take ownership
• Experience with project management or task-tracking tools
• Communication skills — you’re comfortable raising concerns and suggesting improvements
