Job Description
- Handling OtC accounting processes
- Month-end closing activities
- Contact and cooperation with local accounting units
- Participation in projects to improve existing processes
- Supporting the Team Leader in the recruitment process
- Supporting the Team Leader in the annual employee evaluation process
- Onboarding and training new Junior Accountants/Accountants
- Supporting the Team Leader in certain events, leading team meetings on topics such as information updates, organisational issues, etc.
- Supervising the team’s work
- Monitoring the group e-mail inbox
- Supporting the team leader in maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Updating operating procedures
- Escalating problems, system failures, etc. to the TL, manager or system manager
- Actively contributing to team building
- Opportunity to participate in knowledge transfer projects from other European locations of the company
Qualifications
- Advanced accounting knowledge,
- Experience in OtC accounting, preferred in SSC/ BPO environment (more than 2 years),
- Advanced knowledge OtC process steps,
- Awareness of PtP, RtR and OtC dependences,
- Communication skills (ability to lead relation with stakeholders in a variety areas),
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- MS Office knowledge,
- Knowledge of Excel at the advanced level,
- Finance related education,
- Additional training, certification will be an asset.
