Job Description
12 Months Contract (maternity leave cover)
In a nutshell
Group Talent Acquisition Team focuses on recruiting mid- and senior-level positions across all Eurofins’ companies and business lines worldwide. As a Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in defining search strategies, identifying, and screening top talent for operational, commercial and support functions. In close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners, you will ensure that each recruitment has a solid longlist of potential candidates in order to allow for successful completion of the project.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
You will be based in Katowice, Poland (working mainly remotely with occasional office visits) supporting all Eurofins companies with a high focus on Europe.
How can you help us?
You will be responsible for
- Creating sourcing strategies using online tools as well as internal databases.
- Performing a thorough market research to navigate key companies and build an accurate candidate talent pool.
- Publishing job advertisements and screening ad responses.
- Identifying and interviewing active as well as passive candidates to attract top talent.
- Balancing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Maintaining high data quality and accuracy of the recruitment database according to the sourcing process.
- Participating in company wide and local strategic initiatives to build a strong employment brand.
Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Ideally, you are an accurate, analytical, detail-oriented team player with bias for action, ability to handle complexity and ambiguity. You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and are goal- and solution-driven. Excellent English(oral and written) is a must.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with prior experience in the recruitment space (agency or internal) would be a strong plus but is not obligatory as long as you are an eager learner with willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
