Job Description
TITLE: Senior IT Project Manager (m/w/d)
WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, India
WORK MODE: Hybrid 3 Days office and 2 Days WFH in a week
SHIFTS ANY: 8.00AM to 5:00PM OR 12:00PM to 9:00PM
About the Role
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of strategic IT and digitalization projects across our Environmental Testing locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Your primary focus will be the successful implementation of new software solutions and the introduction of modern, digital workflows that enhance operational efficiency across multiple countries.
You will drive change initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our digital landscape within the Environmental Testing business unit.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT implementation projects across multiple sites in the DACH region and Italy.
Drive the introduction of new digital workflows with a strong focus on process optimization and automation.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to secure long-term adoption of new tools and processes.
Analyze required modifications to existing processes, applications, and IT systems.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure achievement of defined targets.
Establish and maintain efficient communication channels between internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-regional teams.
Ensure compliance with group standards, security policies, and operational requirements.
Your Profile
Successfully completed university degree in Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or equivalent vocational training.
3–5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an IT-driven environment or within international organizations.
Strong command of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multi-country environment.
Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus.
Willingness to travel across DACH and Italy as required by the project scope.

BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with the right experience
