What is our proposal? As B2B Travel Agent, you are the first point of contact for travel advisors seeking support during the booking process. Your main responsibility is to assist with product-related inquiries, offer personalized travel solutions, and help convert quotes into confirmed bookings. You will ensure a seamless and professional experience for our partners, representing the brand with product knowledge, empathy, and commercial drive.

What will you do?

  • Support travel advisors with inquiries about products, prices, availability, and booking policies.

  • Recommend tailored travel solutions and promote relevant upsell opportunities.

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information during calls and written interactions.

  • Manage real-time booking issues and coordinate with internal teams if needed.

  • Stay up to date with travel products, seasonal offers, and company guidelines.

  • Use sales techniques (upselling, cross-selling) to maximize revenue where appropriate.

  • Ensure proper documentation and use of internal systems (e.g., Amadeus, CRM).

  • Collaborate with other internal squads for smooth handovers.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.

  • Previous experience in sales, travel industry, customer service, or a related field is required.

  • Knowledge of GDS systems (preferably Amadeus) is desirable.

  • Schedule: 23:00h - 07:00h (Sundays to Thursdays).

Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, or any related field is preferred but not essential.
