We are looking for

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway

• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platform
• Entering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)

Your basic qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian(B2 and up)
• Availability to work in shifts (also night shifts from 22 to 7 in the morning)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

• Customer Care experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies

Our offer

📄 Contract type: Permanent

🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

🏠 Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office), flexible working hours and great offices in Europe

💰 Salary: Starting from the 5th level and above, with a salary range from 21K to 30K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)
