Job Description

An exciting and engaging opportunity within the Group Billing and Revenue Assurance Team in Group Finance, you will support the delivery of the strategy and goals through global finance projects with focus on billing and revenue recognition.

You will report to the Global Fraud and Revenue Assurance Director and will support the delivery of the strategy and goals by participating and progressing Aria and other Billing projects. As a Billing Subject matter expert, you will work with the regional businesses to understand and document use cases, requirements and processes and provide subject matter expertise to determine improvements, investigation into solution options, best practice processes, and designs that are aligned with the agreed Experian strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the line manager to define billing strategy, prioritize goals, and deliver project outcomes.
  • Be a subject matter expert in billing, driving best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements across global teams.
  • Support regional teams in developing billing proposals and business cases aligned with the global strategy.
  • Translate requirements into efficient, standardized solutions and clear documentation.
  • Work with technical teams and third-party providers to design and implement scalable billing solutions.
  • Ensure smooth transition from project to operations, including training materials and user documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support for configuration, troubleshooting, and BAU operations.
  • Identify and lead opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Billing Processes and understanding of Systems, Payments processing and Revenue Assurance processes and solution implementation.
  • Experience leading as Business Analyst and functional knowledge of Billing Solutions, processes, and operations.
  • Have worked with Aria billing solution will be helpful (if not training will be provided)
  • Manage internal and external business partnerships, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate at all levels including with senior stakeholders and management of project teams.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Experience with the end-to-end Prospect to Cash processes and solutions concepts.
  • Experience with documentation of Business Processes and Systems
  • Fluency in English
