We are a preclinical contract research organization (CRO) specializing in ophthalmology. Since 2013, we have partnered with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic organizations globally to support drug discovery and development. We offer various services, including in vivo and in vitro models for ocular diseases. We conduct functional assessments like flash and pattern electroretinography and visual evoked potentials, in vivo imaging, and molecular biology and protein analysis (RT-qPCR, Western blot, ELISA). We also provide tissue processing and histology (including immunohistochemistry and histological stainings). We use AI tools for advanced image and data analysis. Our expertise covers disease models for preclinical research, in vivo toxicity and tolerability, in vitro cytotoxicity, corneal permeability, visual acuity and contrast sensitivity measurements, and stereology. Our headquarters and labs are in Finland, with an R&D unit and labs in Lithuania. Both sites are AAALAC-accredited. We also have a business development office in France and a US toll-free number.
