Game Day Testing

We’re looking for a Technical Programme Manager to lead and coordinate large scale game day testing initiatives across our engineering organization. You’ll be working with our reliability engineering teams to manage complex multi-team testing cycles involving coordination of projects and engineers, ensuring our systems are robust and ready for high traffic events.
This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced technical environment. You’ll be responsible for managing our established testing processes while making key decisions about test execution and ensuring all stakeholders deliver on their commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage game day testing cycles (4-5 major tests per cycle, starting April kick-off)
Orchestrate testing activities with 100+ engineers across multiple teams
Facilitate large-scale coordination meetings (hundreds of participants via Zoom, breakout rooms)
Create and maintain annual testing schedules with scattered game day tests throughout the year
Make critical “go/no go” decisions for test execution
Manage test preparation cycles (approximately 1 month preparation per test)
Coordinate performance testing initiatives alongside game day activities
Work closely with reliability engineering teams
Ensure all stakeholders complete their assigned responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
Strong project management experience with full project lifecycle ownership
Collaboration-focused with heavy emphasis on cross-team coordination and stakeholder management
Experience coordinating large, complex initiatives across multiple teams
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders and competing priorities
Autonomous working style with ability to operate independently in established processes
UK timezone availability for this hybrid role
Technical Requirements:
Basic technical knowledge to understand engineering testing concepts
Strong focus and understanding of Continuous Performance Engineering (CPE) during testing
Familiarity with service management principles (Service MGMT experience preferred)
