What’s your role?

As a Partner Manager, you grow FinDock’s revenue and market presence by building strong, high-impact relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem. You energize partners, turn collaboration into a predictable pipeline, and bring clarity and consistency to how partners engage with FinDock.

You’ll be the face of FinDock for Salesforce System Integrators - the person they trust, turn to, and advocate for. Your work expands our reach, accelerates deal cycles, and multiplies the impact of our Sales team.

Your day-to-day

Build meaningful ecosystem relationships

  • Own day-to-day engagement with a defined set of SI partners

  • Keep FinDock top of mind through regular check-ins, updates, and strategic conversations

  • Help partners understand when, why, and how to recommend FinDock

Enable partners to confidently position FinDock

  • Deliver partner enablement sessions each quarter (with technical support)

  • Share the right content, tools, and follow-up to keep partners sharp

  • Ensure every active partner is mapped to a clear stage of the partner journey

Generate partner-led pipeline

  • Create quarterly partner plans with clear deal expectations, target accounts, and timelines

  • Monitor partner performance and highlight gaps early

  • Act as the point of contact for AEs when deals involve partners

  • Provide monthly partner reports summarizing activities, new opportunities, risks, and next steps

Own and scale FinDock’s partner programme

  • Define and maintain partner segmentation and tiering

  • Deliver a clear, documented partner programme within your first six months

  • Maintain consistent partner journeys, templates, and expectations

  • Manage partner escalations and coordinate support across internal teams

Requirements

What makes you a great fit?

Experience

  • 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce, SI, or ISV)

  • Familiar with partner models, GTM motions, and co-selling

  • Experience supporting sales or partner teams with opportunity management

  • Comfortable with Salesforce Sales Cloud, pipeline hygiene, and partner reporting

Skills

  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Commercially minded with a clear understanding of pipeline, forecasting, and deal cycles

  • Confident, structured communicator - able to represent FinDock with credibility

  • High ownership mentality and comfortable working autonomously

  • Able to bring clarity, structure, and follow-through in a dynamic ecosystem
