We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Internal Communication & Office Management Specialist to support daily office operations and strengthen internal communication across teams. This role is critical in ensuring a productive, well-coordinated workplace and fostering a positive employee experience within our Mexico City office.
About the role
Internal Communication
- Develop, implement and manage internal communication strategies and initiatives, including the drafting and distributing announcements, newsletters and internal updates.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support leadership with events, initiatives and maintain internal communication channels.
- Promote company culture and employee engagement through communication campaigns across all internal channels.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations including supplies, vendors, facilities, and workspace planning, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Support new hire onboarding logistics and organize internal events and team-building activities.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records, documentation, and internal policies and assist with budget tracking related to office expenses and communication initiatives.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in internal communications, office management, or administrative roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g. Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
