- Use project management tools (e.g. MS Project) to track timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks and raise issues early to avoid escalations.
- Ensure strong follow-up on all action items until resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including DAC, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Prepare and lead status meetings, ensuring clear documentation and accountability.
- Report directly to the Expert Project Manager, providing structured and transparent updates.
- Mentor and support the Junior Project Manager.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management within infrastructure, construction, or real estate.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of project structuring (task breakdown, dependencies, critical path, deadlines).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Nice to have:
