As a Senior Business Analyst at Flix, you’ll analyze network performance, uncover opportunities to boost profitability, and guide strategic decisions across multiple teams. Your insights will help shape our market strategy, optimize our network, and support data‑driven growth.
📅 Location: Milan, Italy
🎯 Working model: minimum 3-4 days/week office presence
About the Role
- Be responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the profitability of our regional network in Italy and France
- Identify short-term and med-term levers to improve the profitability of the regional network, by also providing useful insights to set and adjust the Italian market strategy
- Lead the competition analysis activities, including network, financial, and commercial deep dives on a regular basis
- Support our Pricing team with country insights in order to improve revenue management and execute the right strategy at the right time
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Network Planning teams on partners’ negotiations, network decisions and to deliver the best possible travel solutions to our customers
- Support the Finance teams with certified data regarding lines main KPIs
- Play a pivotal role within the regional team when it comes to data, analysis and insights valuable to take strategic business decisions
About You
- At least 5 / 6 years experience in a similar analytic role. International companies, scale-up or management consulting would be a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Fluency in French is a strong plus
- A natural attitude for facts, figures, numbers, assumptions, forecast and data in general
- Strong ability in data presentations, capable of delivering complex messages in an easy and understandable manner
- Ability to work on a wide range of subjects, switching from network analysis to financial checks or commercial matters
- Great knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ThinkCell and Power BI would be a plus
- A natural team player eager to collaborate wih colleagues and other teams in their challenges
- Experience in cross-functional projects and matrix organizations would be a plus
