We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) to join the Supply Management Stream as part of the Supply Division in Berlin or Munich.
The Supply Management Stream unites several product teams which provide all tools to empower internal users and partners to operate smoothly, reliably, and securely and lay the foundations for Flix’s scalable growth. Your focus will be with Team Station Management and Inventory in the beginning, specifically on improving the tools that support our global station journey. Your scope will grow continuously through supporting other teams in the stream.
In this role, you will create intuitive and efficient user interfaces, shape complex workflows into clear experiences, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and product stakeholders. You will guide teams through the design process and contribute to scalable, high-quality solutions that directly impact customer experience and operational excellence.
About the Role
- You contribute to product discovery, shaping ideas and validating assumptions early
- You foster and build a close working relationship with internal users, running targeted workshops and leading review sessions to capture process issues and clarify requirements
- You translate insights into problem definitions and user flows to ensure solution alignment with business workflows
- You create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts for complex tools using FigJam and Figma to validate ideas with stakeholders
- You design excellent interfaces in Figma, applying design system principles and established interaction frameworks to ensure usability and consistent outcomes
- You conduct design QA across multiple releases to ensure design quality and consistency
- You facilitate collaboration with designers, engineers, and product owners to drive clarity and alignment throughout the process
- You support more than one team and master in self-organization, switching context as well as prioritizing based on generated value
- You follow and actively contribute to the Flix design system and visual guidelines
- You champion user-centered design and help teams make informed decisions based on research and data
About You
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with strong skills in both user experience and interface design
- You contribute to product discovery, shaping ideas and validating assumptions early

- You translate insights into problem definitions and user flows to ensure solution alignment with business workflows
