We’re looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus shop at București Autogara Militari (Bus Station) in Bucharest. This job is on-site, full-time and for an indefinite period of time.
About the Role
Sell tickets and handle reservations, changes, and cancellations
Assist with passenger check-in and support smooth bus departures and arrivals
Operate the cash register, manage cash flow, and complete end-of-shift documentation
Work closely with Traffic Control, Operation teams, and drivers
Support promotional activities when needed
Help improve daily station processes for efficiency and safety
Provide friendly, informed customer service at the station and shop
About You
- Very good level of Romanian and a good level of English
- Experience in customer service and basic cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts (Shift range: Mon-Fr 8am-8pm; Sat-Sun 9am-17pm)
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated team player
- Comfortable using MS Office, smartphones, web applications or reservation systems
