Founded in 2020, we help property owners convert individual rental properties into diversified shares within a pooled real estate Fund. We offer a platform for owners to transition from active landlord responsibilities to passive real estate investing through a 721 Exchange.
This process lets you trade single-family, duplex, triplex, or quadplex rental homes for equity in our Fund. You can defer capital gains taxes while still accessing cash flow and potential appreciation. Our service includes property valuation, due diligence, and the exchange into the Fund, all focused on long-term wealth preservation.
Our Investment Committee selects properties for the Fund’s portfolio. As of September 30, 2025, the Fund has paid out $6.9 million in cash flow and has a 30.3% loan-to-value. Over 185 landlords have contributed properties to the Fund.
