About the Role
A Strategic Designer is not just a better UX/UI designer. It’s a changemaker — someone who protects design vision in hostile environments, creates order out of complexity, and ensures that impact at scale actually lands.
As a Strategic Designer, you will:
Protect & push the bubble – defend the design vision against organizational chaos and move it forward step by step.
Build gameplans with the Project Pyramid – structure complexity into layers (Foundation → Enablers → Productivity → Execution).
Manage stakeholders & Navigate politics – knowing when to negotiate, compromise, or stand firm.
Control environments – never exposing ideas to uncontrolled feedback; shaping rooms and narratives.
Bridge business, tech, and design – speak the language of executives and developers, not only designers.
Deliver real impact – measure success by what goes live and changes millions of users’ experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in UX/UI design (craft foundations are a must).
Experience with large-scale, complex projects (enterprise, government, or similar).
Exceptional communication & facilitation skills.
Business awareness and ability to connect design decisions with strategy.
Resilience, adaptability, and calmness under pressure.
C1/C2+ English
