InProcess-LSP is an innovative scale-up company delivering real-time analytical instrumentation for regulated life science and high-precision process environments. Our flagship solution, the NanoFlowSizer (NFS), is the first true Process Analytical Technology (PAT) system enabling direct, non-destructive inline and online particle size analysis.
Based at Pivot Park in Oss, the Netherlands, InProcess-LSP operates at the intersection of analytical instrumentation, process analytics, and advanced life science manufacturing. We work closely with customers in biopharma and related regulated industries, supporting complex processes where reliable, real-time data is critical to decision-making and product quality.
About the position
As Technical Sales Specialist – Analytical Instrumentation (Life Sciences), you will manage complex, long-cycle sales of high-value analytical capital equipment in a scale-up environment. This is not a transactional sales role. You will guide customers through technically and organizationally complex decisions while maintaining momentum across multiple stakeholders.
You will act as the commercial coordinator between customers and internal teams, including application scientists, engineering, operations, and leadership. Owning opportunities end-to-end, you will balance commercial urgency with technical realism, ensuring alignment, clarity, and progress from first engagement through closing and handover.
Qualifications
Commercially minded sales professional with a value-based selling approach
Strong coordinator who enjoys working across technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Process-oriented and disciplined, including CRM usage, documentation, and follow-ups
Emotionally intelligent and resilient in technically driven environments
Technically curious, able to ask strong questions without trying to be the expert
Ownership mentality with accountability for outcomes, not just activity
Comfortable representing the company with customers, partners, and at events
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or client management
Experience selling analytical instrumentation, capital equipment, or complex technical solutions preferred
Exposure to life sciences, biopharma, or other regulated process industries strongly preferred
Comfortable working with scientists, engineers, and technical decision-makers
Experience navigating conservative, validation-driven customer environments
Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% (primarily EU, with occasional US travel)
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
