Job Description
Work Location: EU - Remote
This role drives pipeline creation and acceleration through events and partner co-marketing programs.
- Experienced in B2B marketing, in SaaS/technology ideally with long and complex sales cycles.
- Strong track record of planning and executing events and co-marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
- Familiarity with partner/channel ecosystems (strategic alliances, resellers, etc.) and how to leverage co-marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with pipeline metrics, campaign ROI, and hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation).
- Ability to travel for field events and partner programs
- English Fluent/Native, any additional languages is a plus
- Experience in Product Marketing is a plus
Responsibilities
Plan and execute regional field events that support both channel/partner and direct sales.
Design and run co-marketing programs with strategic partners (events, content campaigns, etc.)
Collaborate with partner managers to define joint marketing priorities aligned with the overall strategy.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the channel/alliances team, ensuring smooth coordination with the broader marketing team.
Develop marketing playbooks (e.g., “event in a box,”) to scale support across sales and partner teams.
Ensure sales and partners have the right collateral by tailoring existing materials where possible and coordinating with the marketing team for custom needs. / Adapt existing marketing material
Manage logistics, communications, and follow-up processes for all field and partner marketing activities.
Track, measure, and report on pipeline impact and ROI for each program and monitor competitor activities in the field to inform future planning.
