Commercial Operations & Campaign Execution
- Support the commercial function in commercially optimising vertical site performance to drive revenue, leveraging AI agents and automated workflows to monitor performance, surface opportunities, and execute optimisations at a speed and scale not achievable manually.
- Coordinate campaigns across all channels on all verticals, ensuring offers, promotions, and operator content are accurate, live, and optimised for user intent, using AI-assisted tooling to check consistency, flag anomalies, and maintain accuracy across a high volume of live content.
- Actively coordinate internal processes with the Commercial Operations Engineer to ensure promotions are published accurately and on time across all relevant channels including supervising AI-driven publishing workflows and validating their outputs before content goes live.
- Liaise with content teams to ensure offers are reflected correctly across all relevant content and pages, using AI tools to cross-reference live content against current operator data and flag discrepancies for human review.
- Support campaign execution across verticals, ensuring optimisation for user intent throughout, applying AI-generated insight and automated outputs as inputs to commercial decisions, while applying your own judgement to validate and act on them.
Workflow Execution & Agent Management
- Monitor live AI agents across all commercial workflows on a day-to-day basis, taking ownership of their outputs and ensuring they are accurate, timely, and aligned with commercial objectives, this is a supervision role as much as an execution role, and you are accountable for what the agents produce.
- Execute tasks within established AI-powered workflows, maintaining the standard of output quality defined by commercial leadership, understanding that your primary responsibility is ensuring automated outputs meet the bar before they have any commercial or user-facing impact.
- Participate in user testing of new workflows and agent features, providing structured commercial feedback to the Commercial Operations Engineer, including identifying where agent behaviour is misaligned with commercial intent, where outputs require too much correction, and where automation is adding genuine value.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Serve as the first line of quality review for all AI and workflow-driven outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance before content reaches live environments, you are the human check between automated production and live publishing, and that responsibility is taken seriously in this role.
- Assist the Commercial Operations Engineer in overseeing QA across all commercial channels, maintaining high standards, including developing a working understanding of where AI tools are reliable, where they are prone to error, and how to review their outputs efficiently and rigorously.
- Ensure all campaigns and commercial operations activity, including those produced or assisted by AI agents, adhere to industry policies, regulatory requirements, and advertising best practices. Automated origin does not reduce compliance obligation.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Report on revenue generated from campaigns and optimise accordingly in coordination with the Commercial Operations Engineer and commercial leadership, using AI-assisted reporting tools to aggregate and surface data, while applying commercial judgement to interpret results and recommend actions.
- Monitor Slack channels and workflow dashboards to identify and resolve operational issues as they arise — including detecting when an AI agent is producing incorrect, inconsistent, or stalled outputs, and escalating or resolving those issues promptly.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:
- Maintain communication with commercial leadership to ensure expectations are met and issues are escalated promptly.
- Coordinate closely with the Commercial Operations Engineer on workflow updates and new deployments, translating operational changes into day-to-day commercial actions.
- Uses AI-enabled tools, including Claude, Lovable, n8n, JIRA, Confluence, Bloomreach, and Snowflake, to support research, campaign execution, and reporting, improving efficiency and quality while applying professional judgement and human review.
Key requirements

- Hands-on experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels, including managing promotional content, operator offers, and time-sensitive publishing workflows
- Practical experience using AI-enabled tools in a professional setting, such as Claude, n8n, Lovable, or equivalent, with the ability to monitor agent outputs and apply quality judgement to automated results
- Experience working within established workflows and operational processes, maintaining output standards set by senior team members or leadership
- Familiarity with QA processes, reviewing content or campaign outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before they go live
- Experience monitoring performance data and reporting on campaign or revenue metrics, with the ability to flag issues and optimise based on results
You must be able to demonstrate, with specific examples, that you have:
- Used an AI tool or agent in a real work context, not experimented with it personally, but applied it to an actual operational or commercial problem with measurable output
- Monitored or reviewed the output of an automated workflow or AI agent and made quality judgements about whether that output was accurate, compliant, or fit for purpose before it reached a live environment
- Identified a repetitive or error-prone task in your work and either implemented, or actively worked within, an AI-assisted solution to address it
- Used a tool such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent to support campaign execution, content review, reporting, or operational coordination and can describe specifically what you did, what the tool did, and how you validated the result
- Provided structured feedback on an AI or automated workflow flagging where outputs were wrong, inconsistent, or misaligned with commercial intent, and communicating that clearly to a technical or engineering counterpart
Candidates who cannot provide concrete, specific examples of the above during the application or interview process are unlikely to progress to the next stage.
