At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

The Legal Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of GoDaddy’s Strategy, Enablement, Acquisitions & Legal (SEAL) organisation as part of the Data Governance & Operations team. This role contributes to a wide range of operational activities that keep legal and strategy teams running effectively—supporting outside counsel billing and onboarding, administering legal technology platforms, managing vendor and subscription processes, and maintaining accurate, accessible information. You’ll collaborate with attorneys, operations teams, and external partners across global locations, helping ensure smooth workflows and strong operational hygiene.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, diligent, and curious about legal operations and technology. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, eager to learn new tools, and proactive in supporting continuous improvements. This is a great opportunity to build foundational legal operations expertise and grow within an in-house legal team!
What you’ll get to do…
- Onboard new law firms and contractors, act as the primary contact for billing/payment queries, and review/process invoices for compliance with billing guidelines, matter assignments, and rate schedules, flagging any discrepancies
- Maintain and update legal agreements on the public website by implementing attorney-directed changes accurately, while managing version histories and documentation logs in line with change management practices
- Manage user access (provisioning, deprovisioning, controls, and license utilisation) across platforms, partner with IT/Security on governance, and provide first-line support to attorneys and operations teams before escalating issues
- Lead all aspects of third-party subscriptions (e.g., legal research tools, practice resources) including renewals, access, and invoicing, and manage professional memberships with renewals, enrolments, and benefit utilisation
- Maintain and improve the team’s SharePoint intranet, including document libraries and resources, while updating SOPs, templates, and reference materials to improve team efficiency and onboarding
Your experience should include…
- 3+ years in legal operations, legal administration, or a related operational role, with exposure to legal technology platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Ironclad, OneTrust, Diligent Entities, Brightflag) preferred
- Familiarity with legal billing concepts and invoice review, including exposure to billing guidelines or e-billing workflows
- Strong working proficiency of Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, and Excel), along with proficiency in HTML/CSS and Markdown
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and follow through with mentorship from senior team members
- Comfortable working in a distributed, cross-functional environment across time zones, with clear and professional written and verbal communication for interacting with counsel, vendors, and senior collaborators
- Approach driven by taking initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and contribute to ongoing operational improvements
You might also have…
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle management or entity management workflows
- Exposure to vendor risk management, privacy compliance, content management, or data governance operations
- Familiarity with CLOC, ACC Legal Operations Maturity Model, or similar legal ops frameworks
- Experience supporting legal technology implementations or system migrations, especially involving AI
We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.
We’ve got your back… We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.
