Godot Consulting Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Title Coordinator to join our team. This position is based in New York City but offers remote work flexibility. As a Title Coordinator, you will play an essential role in facilitating the closing process for residential real estate transactions.
In this dynamic position, you will work closely with clients, attorneys, and title underwriters to ensure all necessary documentation is prepared, accurate, and timely. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service while managing multiple transactions concurrently.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in title coordination or related field.
Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and title processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in title software and closing systems.
Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
