About the role
We are seeking a Junior Partnerships Manager to serve as the liaison between our company and our Tournament Organizer / Publisher partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for building and maintaining successful partnerships.
Requirements
What you will do
Work in a small team of Partnership Managers, responsible for Partner Management post sales cycle. Be the main point of contact for Game Developer / Tournament Organizer (TOs) partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive mutual growth and success
Focus on day-to-day partner management and quality assurance, including onboarding events to kick off coverage internally and as a lead to push engineers to resolve technical incidents for your partners for flawless coverage
Your role will include close external interaction with game developers and internal interaction with product development, commercial and marketing teams
Manage short and long-term (multi-month) projects. Setting timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date, and independently driving the process forward. Attention to detail is an absolute must
