We develop technology and services for financial institutions, for superannuation and managed funds. Our goal is to help these institutions optimize operations, provide efficient, reliable, and secure services, and improve customer experiences. Founded in 2016, we operate in the software development, fintech, blockchain, DLT, administration, and SaaS industries.

Our solutions are built on Distributed Ledger (Blockchain) Technology. Our flagship product, DLTA, is a platform for superannuation administration, used by over a million people. Other products include Member Online, a member portal, and Admin Online, an application for administrative tasks. We also offer services such as Transitions, Administration, and Service Delivery. Our solutions offer real-time data, open architecture, integration capabilities, and straight-through processing. We partner with third-party providers to offer a full suite of services.

Our journey began in May 2017 with GROW Super, a start-up super fund. Initially, we focused on increasing member engagement and offering white-labelled member experience technology. We then explored new technologies like Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology, leading to the development of DLTA. By June 2020, our offerings expanded to include technology and services for super funds and fund managers. GROW Super rebranded to GROW Inc, reflecting our repositioning as a fintech solutions company.
