As a Data Analyst at Weekday you will be focused on optimising the online customer journey, improving conversion, and driving business growth through insights and experimentation. You will analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Evaluate how different parts of the site contribute to sales and engagement
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation initiatives based on data and insights
  • Support A/B tests in collaboration with UX and design teams
  • Support e-commerce and marketing teams with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify and escalate tracking issues and ensure data accuracy
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and following up on impact

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate closely with the e-commerce, digital, and marketing teams, as well as UX/UI designers and developers. You will work across functions to optimise the customer journey and ensure data-driven decision-making across the business

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Experience in web analytics, CRO, or digital performance analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics or similar)
  • Understanding of online business metrics and customer behaviour
  • Experience working with tracking and data quality
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a temporary contract for 11 months based at our Head Office in Stockholm.

We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
