As an Email Marketing Intern to &Other Stories, you will support the Email team in producing global newsletters and lifecycle emails – gaining hands-on experience in marketing automation, content production and digital workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the build, editing and publishing of emails in our CMS/ESP (Emarsys)
- Coordinate translations by requesting, tracking and implementing market versions
- Assist with quality checks including links, images, layout and accuracy
- Help maintain calendars, trackers and documentation
- Provide general support with review packs, basic segment selections and admin tasks
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Brand & Marketing – Media (Email) team. You’ll work closely with Marketing Planning, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Creative/Brand teams. Together, you’ll ensure our global email communication is delivered on time, on brand and with high quality
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Ongoing or recent studies in marketing, digital communication, ecommerce, CRM or similar
- Comfort using digital tools; any exposure to CMS/ESP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- English fluency; Swedish is a plus

- Curious and eager to learn CRM, email marketing and digital workflows

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN AND GAIN EXPERIENCE IN
- The full email production workflow: briefs → build → QA → send → simple reporting.
- Hands-on practice with Emarsys and structured CRM processes.
- How global brands manage cross functional planning and complex campaign calendars.
- Best practice QA, naming standards, accuracy workflows, and digital asset management.
- Exposure to test-and-learn frameworks in lifecycle marketing.
- Real world experience in a global fashion brand’s digital operation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a temporary internship based at our Head Office in Stockholm with a duration of 3-6 months with start date as soon as possible. We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
