As a Junior Designer Womenswear, you will support the Senior Designer in transforming creative concepts into outstanding products that align with our brand identity and meet customer expectations. You’ll bring trend awareness, design skill, and hands-on execution to ensure our collections are both innovative and commercially relevant.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the Senior Designer in designing the assortment by contributing ideas, executions, and design development aligned with the brand direction and customer focus.
- Create, update, and maintain overviews, sketches, and technical files based on the planned assortment and ongoing product development.
- Assist in fittings, updating sketches and documentation according to fit feedback and design adjustments.
- Continuously follow selling performance and trends, contributing insights and ideas related to new commercial fashion opportunities.
- Work closely with the Senior Designer, Buyer, and other stakeholders to support an efficient design and development process.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with the Senior Designer, Buyer, Patternmaking, Production, and Merchandising teams. Together, you’ll drive the design and product development process, ensuring each product is aligned with the brand DNA, customer needs, and commercial goals.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- A few years of experience in apparel design, ideally within womenswear is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, components, and materials.
- Understanding of design, product development, and assortments.
- Strong fashion and trend awareness, with an understanding of customer and market direction.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Creative and detail oriented with strong aesthetic sensibility in colours, prints, silhouettes, and design details.
- Curious and eager to develop skills and knowledge in fashion design and product creation.
- Communicative and collaborative – able to work effectively within a creative team.
- Customer and commercially minded, understanding how design decisions influence selling and appeal.
- Proactive, adaptable, and open to learning in a fast paced environment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a fulltime permanent role based at our Head Office in Stockholm.

We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
