WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a Product Merchandising Lead to drive product merchandising execution across our sales markets. In this role, you’ll work with stock, demand and sales insights to support strong availability, healthy stock levels and commercial performance.
You’ll act as a key link between sales markets, supply planning, inventory optimisation and warehouses, helping to align product, stock and commercial priorities across the full flow.
You will:
- Act as the key contact for sales markets on product merchandising, stock, allocation and replenishment topics.
- Analyse sales, demand and stock data to identify risks, opportunities and needed actions.
- Support price maps, markdowns, clearance and campaign decisions based on local competition, demand and stock position.
- Follow up supply in relation to demand, sharing insights and recommending corrective actions.
- Steer allocation and replenishment flows from warehouse to store, including stock balancing, replenishment adjustments and seasonal stock actions.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with sales market commercial teams, supply planning, inventory optimisation, warehouses, store teams and global stakeholders.
Together, you’ll support aligned commercial and supply decisions across markets, with a focus on availability, stock efficiency, sales and profitability.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- 2–4 years of experience in product merchandising, retail planning, allocation, replenishment or commercial operations within retail, fashion or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales, stock and demand data.
- A solid understanding of retail and product merchandising processes.
- Good Excel skills and an interest in BI or reporting tools, such as Power BI.
- A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, economics, data analytics or a related field is beneficial, but relevant experience is equally valued.
