Data at H1 plays a crucial and foundational role in creating that future! Looking across thousands of data sources across the globe, the data team is responsible for making sense out of that data to create the world’s most extensive and comprehensive knowledge base of healthcare stakeholders and the ecosystem they influence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1
- Maintain a dashboard of data coverage across our data assets
- Ensure the Therapy Area and Sub Therapy Area are as per client need and up to date
- Become a subject matter expert related to conference and clinical trial data
- Understand Conference data across regions and support the collection of conference data
- Drive change through informing Conference Strategy
- Operate as a data steward to validate and inform our data quality and completeness
- Maintain consistency and integrity of data
- Collaborate with team members in the United States and India
- Good Understanding on collection of data points and make sure they are in line with process guidelines.
- Able to identify exceptional scenarios and escalate it to next level
- Create and maintain HCPs using data from different sources
- Use the data and information gathered through secondary research and convert that to synthesize, organize and present information in a structured manner

- Flexible working across various internal projects
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Able to prioritize and multi-task under tight schedules
- Provide mentorship to new team members and help them in resolving their queries
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in Secondary research in healthcare data collection, interpretation & organization.
- Expert understanding of the data collection process
- Graduate in any life science degree with exposure to research, analysis, and content writing.
- Intermediate Excel skills and/or experience working with Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication
