Hapana

We provide fitness software for gyms, fitness studios, and franchises. Our platform helps them grow and operate efficiently with automated lead nurturing, member experience tools, detailed reports, and operational controls. Our software includes online booking and scheduling, member management, reporting, payments and auto billing, resource booking, and fitness tracking. We help businesses of all sizes, from single studios to multiple locations, across various fitness types like mid-box gyms, Pilates, HIIT, Yoga, and Spin studios. We also offer a white-label mobile app for members.

Hapana was founded in Sydney, Australia, in 2014 and expanded to North America in 2017. We launched an enterprise product in 2019 and introduced virtual and on-demand classes in 2020. In 2022, we rebranded to Hapana, and in 2024, we received a $17 million investment. Over 1,000 fitness businesses use Hapana, serving 1.2 million active members globally across seventeen countries. We have three global offices in Sydney, Australia; Noida, India; and Ohio, United States.
