The Marketing Data Analyst will support the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Marketing Analytics initiative by analyzing marketing and customer data, assessing data quality, and documenting business and data requirements. The role ensures that marketing data is accurate, usable, and well‑governed for reporting, segmentation, and campaign execution.
In this role, you will:
Analyze and profile marketing and customer datasets
Identify and document data quality issues
Develop data definitions, business rules, and requirements
Support data governance and reporting activities
Collaborate with business, analytics, and technology teams
Assist with data validation, issue resolution, and SFMC data readiness
Requirements
Data analysis and profiling
SQL and Python
Data quality assessment techniques
Requirements and documentation experience
Strong cross‑functional collaboration
Excel and Power BI
Marketing/CRM data experience
Stakeholder requirements gathering
Familiarity with Purview, Azure, Snowflake, or similar platforms
Experience supporting SFMC implementations
